Songs in a Memory

MP3

One of my wishes came true when I had my birthday, I finally have an Mp3 player. I am currently enjoying the luxury of listening to my favorite tracks from Paramore, Linkin Park, and Eminem. I also started listening to Secondhand Serenade ever since I heard Broken, a sad song which is really therapeutic to listen to.

MRT

Instead of taking the LRT to go home, I have been taking MRT trips because I find it easier and more comfortable. The only catch is that the duration of the trip is a little longer. Anyhow it is all good.

I have been having unusual experiences in the MRT. As I can remember, a group of friends in their mid 20s entered the carriage that I was in and they were all using sign languages. I just found it unusual and cool, because that does not happen to me always. Another experience was when there was a couple with their baby in a stroller behind me. The baby kept on punching my legs and butt. I was alright, haha.

Monthly

I am going to have my monthly examinations this week. Semesters in UST are usually divided in two gradings periods, but in Nursing and other programs, semesters are divided into three gradings periods: monthly, preliminaries and finals. I assume that it is called monthly because the examinations are taken at least a month after.

Tomorrow, we are to take Chemistry. I hope I will do well... I will.
